NY- SAAN is an over 40 member organization committed to developing advocacy strategies on issues affecting seniors’ quality of life and workforce development.
NY-SAAN strives to train and educate a viable health and human service workforce to serve the burgeoning senior population through education and training.
NY-SAAN MISSION
Our mission is to identify and prioritize the needs of the elderly; create comprehensive and coordinated plans for meeting those needs; advocate for responsive policies, programs, actions, legislation and resources on behalf of the elderly; in the Southern Area of New York State with an emphasis on workforce development issues.
